CONFUSED SOUL

 

You ask me who you are

You ask me to define my persona

Well I am a confused soul,

wandering  in a maze with 

no end in sight.

I am imperfectly perfect,

Lost  somewhere amidst 

the journey to explore myself...

Sometimes I like to disappear  

from all the chaos,

But also  want to be 

around too at the same time...

I am a confused soul,

yet not misguided...

The longer I go and

the older I get,

I realize ...

It’s not necessary to be the sun

to brighten up other’s life,

I can be the moon to shine on

someone’s darkest hour...

I know it’s ok to be confused, 

because most people are...

Deep down I have a heart 

with pure intentions

Even though I can be lost,

I will always find the way around 

Because my soul has dreams to live for...
