                   ME MYSELF AND I

         I am not where I want to be

         I am also not where I was

         But I am proud of myself

         For where I am today…

 

         I was lost in an

         Eclipsed reality,

         reappeared again..

         because the carousel

          never stops turning

          I learned to ride

          it with grace…

         

         I tried to hide myself away

          to see if am worthy looking for…

         Like the wind breathes lonely,

         Longing to be seen,

         this soul went through

         days like those…

         

As my mind was on the quest to

explore myself

        I realized that I had to love myself first.

        Everything else would fall in line then,

        Because everything begins within.

 

        I realized that I could choose,

        And so I chose to be happy.

        I chose to be grateful.

        I chose to be myself.

        Because I am better off by being myself…
